Perambulatory Awareness Therapy is an outdoor, movement-based approach to personal and awareness development.
Sessions take place on an easy walk, encouraging open dialogue, grounded thinking, and authentic self-inquiry.
Ideal for those who feel stuck or disconnected from their own direction. If pacing helps you think—this may be for you.

  • One-on-one walking sessions (first two sessions are The first two walks are offered as an opening gesture. Clarity should not begin with pressure.These initial sessions allow us to establish rhythm, direction, and mutual resonance. If the dialogue proves meaningful, we continue from there. Of course, Gratitude is always welcome!!
